SVETTA

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These Terms describe use of Svetta, operated by Passo Advisory, LLC, 18800 NE 29th Ave, Apt 408, Aventura, FL 33180, United States. Contact: hello@getsvetta.com.

1. Scope and acceptance

These Terms apply to the Svetta websites, Control Center, integrations, and services made available to you. By using the Services on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to act for that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. A signed service agreement or pilot agreement controls where it expressly conflicts with these Terms.

2. Services and pilot scope

Svetta helps businesses manage customer communications, scheduling, estimates, and authorized workflows. Available features depend on the business configuration, connected providers, and agreed pilot or subscription scope. An available interface or integration does not mean that every action or channel is enabled for your business.

Pilot features may change as the product develops. Fees, service commitments, and pilot duration are established in a separate agreement or clearly presented purchase terms; these Terms do not create a subscription charge on their own.

3. Accounts and authorization

Protect your credentials and use only accounts and business assets you are authorized to access. Keep business configuration and permissions accurate. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You remain responsible for the instructions and actions of your authorized users.

4. Business responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business information, prices, availability, customer instructions, and the authorizations needed to connect systems or contact customers. Provide required privacy notices and obtain required communication permissions. Do not use Svetta to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, bypass provider restrictions, impersonate others, or access another business's information.

5. AI output and human review

Svetta uses AI that can produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Review outputs and business actions as appropriate to their importance. Automated output is not a substitute for professional judgment. Your business remains responsible for its services, estimates, customer commitments, and final decisions.

Human approval requirements follow the workflow enabled for your business. An approval authorizes the identified action; it does not authorize unrelated actions. Changing an estimate does not itself prove that it was sent. Delivery depends on the communication provider and the recorded outcome.

6. Connected third-party services

Connected services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability, fees, permissions, and limits. You must comply with applicable provider requirements. Svetta cannot guarantee that a third-party action will complete or that a provider will remain continuously available. Connecting or disconnecting a provider can affect workflows.

7. Data and privacy

You retain your rights in the information you provide. You authorize Passo Advisory, LLC to process that information as necessary to provide the authorized Services, subject to applicable agreements and law. Our Privacy Policy describes personal information processing.

Where required, business customer processing must also be governed by an appropriate data processing agreement. These Terms and the public privacy notice do not replace that agreement.

Removing a contact from a directory is not necessarily permanent deletion of its history. Personal information deletion requests follow our data deletion instructions.

8. Acceptable use

Do not interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, expose credentials, upload malicious content, infringe others' rights, or use the Services in violation of applicable law. Do not use Svetta as an emergency-response service or rely on it for emergency communications.

9. Intellectual property

Passo Advisory, LLC and its licensors retain rights in Svetta's software, branding, and product materials. Your use does not transfer those rights. You may use the Services for your authorized business purposes under the agreed scope. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights.

10. Availability, suspension, and ending service

The Services may be interrupted by maintenance, failures, or third-party restrictions. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or provider requirements. Where practical, we will communicate the reason and available next steps.

Termination, export, fees, and any service-level commitments follow your applicable agreement. Disabling an integration does not automatically delete retained data or information held independently by a provider.

11. Warranties and responsibility

Except for express commitments in your applicable agreement and to the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, error-free AI output, or a particular business outcome. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibility that cannot legally be excluded. Any agreed limitations of liability are governed by your applicable service agreement and law.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Services develop. We will update the date and provide additional notice when required. Material changes to agreed commercial commitments require the process specified in the applicable agreement.
